or obligation. if you are happy with your cv and want to print, download, or email
etc then you must purchase unlimited access for £9.95.
i'm unable to access my cv
to access your cv you need to sign
in. please make sure your sign in email and password are correct. password
is case sensitive. get a
password reminder sent to your email.
it may be that your account has now expired. this will be after 28 days of inactivity
if you were trying free, or after one year if you purchased unlimited access.
how do i cancel
there is no need to cancel. if you are trying free then your cv and account will
be deleted after 28 days of inactivity.
if you purchased unlimited access then this will automatically expire after
one year. you made a single one-off payment and will not be charged again, our charges
are not recurring.
how do i print, download, or email my cv
to print, download, or email your cv directly from our website:
- make sure you are signed in
- click on the print, download, or email icon/link shown towards the top of the cv
builder page
- follow all page instructions
how do i remove page headers and footers when printing

how do i get my cv on one page
to reduce the length of your cv you can try deleting or reducing some of the information
you enter and select the compact template and a smaller size font:
- make sure you are signed in
- click on the template icon/link shown towards the top of the cv builder page
- select the compact template and small font
how do i add a new heading or section
- make sure you are signed in
- scroll down and click on the add new heading/section link from the cv builder page.
- choose from the list or to add your own custom heading select 'custom section/heading'
1-5 from the list.
headings can be renamed from the cv builder page.

how do i copy and paste my cv
- make sure you are signed in
- click on the download link/icon shown at the top of your cv
- click on the download plain text link/icon
- click on the open button when prompted
- you should now be able to select, copy, and paste your cv text. please consult your
own computer help on how to select, copy, and paste text
how do i change my sign in email or cv email
to change your sign in email:
- make sure you are signed in
- click on the my account link shown towards the top right of the page
- scroll down and update your sign in email. please note that once you have updated
this you will need to use your new email in future to sign in
to change your cv email:
- make sure you are signed in
- click on the personal details link from the cv builder page and update the email
address
how do i create more than one cv
click on the 'my cvs' link shown at the top right of the page after you have signed
in to select, create, copy, or delete a cv.
how do i change my cv template, font style, or font size
- make sure you are signed in
- click on the template link from the cv builder page
- select and then save your new template
how do i email my cv and cover letter together
it’s not possible to email your cv and cover letter at the same time using our website.
we recommend that you use your own email software such as outlook or hotmail to
write your cover letter as the content of your email and then attach your downloaded
cv to that email.
how do i sort my entries
if you enter a month and year entries are automatically sorted by date in order
of most recent first. this is the nature of a chronological style cv. you can also
choose not to enter any dates and sort entries yourself, simply select 'no date
- sort' 1st-30th from the dates drop down list. this is common to a functional style
cv.
